Denise C. Davis is a partner with Yoder Ainlay Ulmer & Buckingham, LLP. She is the chair of the firm’s corporate practice group. Ms. Davis is also a member of the firm’s real estate, employment and government practice groups. Prior to joining Yoder Ainlay Ulmer & Buckingham, Ms. Davis was an attorney with Kelley, Drye & Warren, in New York, New York.

Education

Ms. Davis received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School with a B.A. in American Studies, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
