Denise C. Davis is a partner with Yoder Ainlay Ulmer & Buckingham, LLP. She is the chair of the firm's corporate practice group. Ms. Davis has extensive experience representing business entities, entrepreneurs and private equity funds in various business and financing transactions including buying and selling businesses, acquisition financings, capital infusions and equity investments. She assists clients with all business issues from formation to dissolution, including all types and sizes of acquisition and sale transactions.
Employment law
In the employment law arena, Ms. Davis advises employers on compliance with federal and state law, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA and responses to federal and state agencies such as the Department of Labor and EEOC.
Real estate
The real estate practice of Ms. Davis encompasses a broad range of transactions, including financing, acquisitions, sales, development, and joint ventures.
Education
Ms. Davis received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1991 and her B.A. in American Studies, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 1988.
