Nathaniel M. Jordan



Nathaniel M. Jordan is a partner at Yoder Ainlay Ulmer & Buckingham LLP.

Mr. Jordan works on lawsuits in state court and in federal court, at the trial level and on appeal. On appeal, he’s argued before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals three times and once before the Indiana Supreme Court. He handles wage and hour matters and other employment law policy and personnel matters for both business and government, and he also defends employers from employment law claims and lawsuits. Mr. Jordan’s practice includes governmental law and civil rights law; here, too, both on the policymaking side and in court. And Mr. Jordan assists clients in electronic data matters. He is part of firm practice groups for litigation, employment law, and governmental law.

Mr. Jordan received a J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2002 and received a B.A. from Goshen College in 1998.

Community Involvement

Mr. Jordan is a board member of the Oaklawn Foundation for Mental Health. He has previously served as president of the Goshen City Bar Association and as a board member of the American Heart Association’s Elkhart County Board of Directors. He previously served as DRI’s Governmental Liability Committee Publications Chair.
