Nathaniel M. Jordan is an associate at Yoder, Ainlay, Ulmer & Buckingham, LLP, where he concentrates in general trial practice. His principle areas of litigation include employment, government, civil rights and personal injury law. As part of his employment law practice, he has given presentations before the Goshen Chamber of Commerce and with Lorman Education Services regarding employment litigation and the Family Medical Leave Act. His reported decisions include Hochstetler v. Elkhart County Highway Dept., 868 N.E.2d 425 (Ind. 2007) and Madison Center, Inc. v. R.R.K., 853 N.E.2d 1286 (Ind. Ct. App. 2006).
Mr. Jordan received a J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2002 and a B.A. from Goshen College in 1998. He was admitted to the Indiana State Bar Association in 2002 and joined the firm of Yoder, Ainlay, Ulmer & Buckingham, LLP that year.
Mr. Jordan is a member of the Goshen City and Indiana State Bar Associations as well as Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana.
