Nathaniel M. Jordan is a partner at Yoder, Ainlay, Ulmer & Buckingham, LLP, where he concentrates in general trial practice. His principle areas of litigation include governmental, civil rights, construction and employment law. His reported decisions include Hochstetler v. Elkhart County Highway Dept., 868 N.E.2d 425 (Ind. 2007) and Madison Center, Inc. v. R.R.K., 853 N.E.2d 1286 (Ind. Ct. App. 2006).
Mr. Jordan is a 1995 Fairfield High School graduate who received a J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2002 and a B.A. from Goshen College in 1998. He was admitted to the Indiana State Bar Association in 2002 and joined the firm that year.
Mr. Jordan is a member of the Goshen City and Indiana State Bar Associations, Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, Defense Research Institute, and the Elkhart East Division of the American Heart Association.
