Mark A. Matthes is a partner at Yoder, Ainlay, Ulmer
& Buckingham, LLP. His practice includes a concentration in trial
practice, including insurance defense litigation, creditors' rights,
personal injury, and commercial litigation.
He earned his J.D. from Indiana University in 1992 and
his B.S. from Grace College (IN) in 1987. Mr. Matthes was admitted to
the Indiana State Bar Association in 1992.
Mr. Matthes is a member of the Goshen City and Indiana
State Bar Associations. He serves as the Litigation Section Chairman
for District Three of the Indiana State Bar Association. He is also
a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, where he serves on
the Board of Directors.
