Jeffrey L. Lund is an associate at Yoder, Ainlay, Ulmer
& Buckingham, LLP. His practice areas include commercial and general litigation, employment law, and medical malpractice. Mr. Lund has also provided pro bono representation as lead counsel before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Lund received his J.D. cum laude from the Valparaiso University School of Law
in 2000. He earned a B.A. in Political Science, Education, and German from Kalamazoo College in 1995 and was a Hanns-Seidel Fellow at the Freie Universität Berlin in Germany from 1995 to 1997.
In addition to the State of Indiana, Mr. Lund is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Nothern and Southern Districts of Indiana and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Mr. Lund is a member of the Indiana State and Goshen City Bar Associations, Defense Research Institute, and Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, and is also involved in the Goshen Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Lund has spoken at a number of seminars on varying topics, including the ethical implications of internal investigations in employment matters, summary judgment standards and procedures in state and federal courts, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
