Gregory A. Hartzler is a partner at Yoder, Ainlay, Ulmer
& Buckingham, LLP. His practice includes concentrations in nonprofit
organizations, corporate law, trusts, estates, probate, taxation, and
employee benefits.
He earned his J.D. from Indiana University, cum laude,
in 1969, and his B.A. from Goshen College, cum laude, in 1966.
Mr. Hartzler is a member of the Order of the Coif. He
served as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Elkhart County, Indiana from
1970-1974, and was a writer and note editor for the Indiana Law Journal
from 1968-69.
Mr. Hartzler is a member of the Goshen City, Indiana
State and American Bar Associations.
