David E. Swihart is a partner at Yoder, Ainlay, Ulmer
& Buckingham, LLP. His practice areas include corporate law, trusts,
estates, probate, real estate, bankruptcy, and creditors' rights.
Mr. Swihart earned his J.D. from the University of Notre
Dame in 1994. He earned his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in
1991.
Admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 1994, Mr. Swihart
is a member of the Goshen City, Indiana State, and American Bar Associations.
He is also a member of the Commercial Law League, as well as part of
the Elkhart County Estate Planning Council.
