Denise C. Davis is a partner at Yoder, Ainlay, Ulmer
& Buckingham, LLP. Her practice includes concentrations in corporate
law, employment law, and real estate.
She received her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame
in 1991, cum laude, and her B.A. in American Studies from the University
of Notre Dame in 1988, also cum laude.
Prior to her employment at Yoder, Ainlay, Ulmer &
Buckingham, LLP, Ms. Davis was an attorney with Kelley Drye & Warren,
New York, New York.
Ms. Davis has been accepted as a life member to the National
Registry of Who's Who (2000 Edition). She has served as a member
of the Board of Directors of Hope Rescue Mission, and is currently serving
as Vice President of Administration and President Elect of the YWCA
of Elkhart County.
Ms. Davis has lectured on various topics including the
Family Medical Leave Act and general corporate matters.
Ms. Davis is a member of the Goshen City, Indiana State,
New York State, and American Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice
in both Indiana and New York.
