Craig M. Buche is a partner at Yoder, Ainlay, Ulmer &
Buckingham, LLP. His practice includes concentrations in corporate law,
governmental law, environmental law, and real estate.
Mr. Buche was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1985. He
received his J.D. with high distinction from Valparaiso University in
1985, where he was Associate Note Editor of the Valparaiso University
Law Review for the year 1984-85. At Valparaiso, Mr. Buche was also
a member of the National Moot Court Team from 1984-85. Mr. Buche earned
his A.B., summa cum laude, and was named to Phi Beta Kappa, at Wabash
College in 1982.
Mr. Buche is the author of "State Implementation Plans
Under the Clean Air Act: Continued Enforceability as Federal Law After
State Court Invalidation on State Grounds," Valparaiso University
Law Review, Volume 19, 1984-1985.
He is a member of the Goshen City and Indiana State Bar
Associations, as well as the Environmental Law section of the Indiana
State Bar Association.
