Distinguished and Dedicated History
Founded in 1957, Yoder, Ainlay, Ulmer & Buckingham,
LLP is dedicated to serving the legal needs of Elkhart County and the
Michiana area. We strive to serve our clients and our community with
excellence.
At Yoder, Ainlay, Ulmer & Buckingham, LLP, our clients
include private individuals, governmental entities, small businesses,
large corporations, and nonprofit organizations. We have served these
clients for over four decades, working to meet shifting legal needs
through changing economic and business conditions. 
Our
experience with federal and state courts, as well as administrative
agencies, gives us an in-depth understanding of the state's laws,
courts, and regulations, and enables us to provide counsel to a wide
variety of clients.
Community Involvement
Regular participation in governmental, civic and charitable
endeavors has been a hallmark of the firm since its formation. Our staff
and attorneys support many local organizations, including the United
Way, Goshen Boys and Girls Club Foundation, Goshen Hospital Foundation,
Greencroft Foundation, Oaklawn Foundation, the Elkhart County Community
Foundation, and the Goshen and Greater Elkhart Chambers of Commerce.
Additionally, many of us are members of service clubs such as Kiwanis
International and Goshen Rotary Club.
