Mr. Buche received his J.D. degree with high distinction from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1985. He was Associate Note Editor of the Valparaiso University Law Review and was also a member of the school’s National Moot Court Team from 1984-1985. In 1982 he earned his A.B. summa cum laude from Wabash College, where he was named to Phi Beta Kappa.
